Are you missing comments?
I have noticed a lot of blogs have embedded comment boxes. Unfortunately you will not receive everybody's comments this way. I had the same problem here on my own blog and was advised to use a "Pop Out Comment Box"
So do check your settings if you think you are missing out on comments, it may be wise to change your setting.

Designs By Ryn 'Selini' with Distress Inks and Adirondack Embossing Powders.

Morning all ... busy day today, so just a very quick post to share another beautiful stamp design from Designs by Ryn with you.

I'll be back later and update this post with some more details about my tag ... that means you may have to comment TWICE... see, I know how to do this blogging lark!

See you later ... have a good morning.
Okay ... I'm back after a busy morning answering phone calls and opening cards and presents... yes! It's my birthday today!

Back to the tag as promised....
The background was coloured with various Distress Inks, then I lightly sprayed a plastic stencil / mask with water and placed it on the tag
I left it a few minutes then dried the Tag with a heat gun after removing the mask. It leaves a super patten.

Using Versamark Ink, I stamped the Kelp Image from Designs by Ryn  and heat embossed using Cranberry and Egg Plant Adirondack Embossing Powders ... If you haven't tried these embossing powders you must! They are fabulous... Super  colours and textures!
Selini the Moth, also from Ryn, was stamped twice onto some white card stock and cut out. One of the images was coloured with distress markers and the other was left as black and white and both were attached to the bottom of the Tag ... that's it, all done.
See you soon.
Chinese meal and Champagne tonight... rock 'n roll!
Thank you for looking at my blog today.

Distress Inks and Wendy Vecchi Studio 490 Stamps.

Hi everyone ... another quick post to share this Tag that I made yesterday, during my visit to The Allhallows Crop.
I used the negative shape from a Nestabilities Circle as a mask and blended various Distress inks through the aperture of the mask.

It was then very easy to stamp the 'Eye' over the top of each coloured circle and add the text along the side.

Just two stamps from the Wendy Vecchi Studio 490 range that I purchased last year on my visit to Ally Pally ... off there again soon ..... can't wait
Will I buy more stamps? .... Might do!
Have good Sunday... I've just finished watching the Malaysian Grand Prix .... fantastic action!

Distress Inks and Designs By Ryn 'Sea Bubbles' Stamps

Morning all. Some parts of the UK are having the most terrible weather. We are so lucky here, in the South-east, above freezing with just rain at the moment.
My thoughts go especially to all those who have to work in these awful conditions, also the farm animals and wildlife that are having to cope with the snow. I'll be filling up my bird feeders. Please put out some food for them if you can. X

This card is another using the brilliant stamps from Designs By Ryn.
Ryn is a very talented young designer and many of us (thousands I bet!) have bought her famous Water Droplet Stamp!
White Linen card stock from the Papermill Direct, Faded Jeans, Mustard Seed ( just a touch) and Mowed Lawn Distress inks.
The 'Sea Bubbles' image was stamped using Onyx Black Versafine ink and the Sizzix Butterflies were coloured with various colours of distress inks, plus a few dabs with a white Uni-Posca pen.
It's a quick and easy card, why not have a go at this one!

Many thanks for the comments and support for my blog and also the overwhelming interest in my Workshops ... they are almost fully booked until the Autumn! I'm looking forward to meeting and making new crafty friendsIt's the Allhallows Crop today so I'm out to play. Stay warm, have a good weekend.
Happy crafting

PanPastels Workshop Samples

Hello everyone.. Until an hour or so ago I was feeling very good about my weekend.
A smashing day at my PanPastel Workshop yesterday with all my crafty pals and F1 racing on the telly this morning.
Then..... headache, sneezing and no energy to do anything but watch TV and feel sorry for myself.
So... the pictures of all the projects that my ladies made yesterday will be uploaded onto my blog tomorrow.
The sample Tags and card posted here, are the projects I made for the workshop.
Metal stencils, plastic masks and stencils along with PanPastels and  some stamping ... The Flower card, with the circles, was based on a card I saw on this wonderful PanPastels Tutorial. ( I did not use the Versamark on my card.... just the Pans) Fabulous work please pop over and have a look .
Catch you tomorrow, need to show you some very pretty, gorgeous work from my Workshop ladies!
