The Bleeding Art Tissue Technique and a Sweet Poppy Stencil.

Hello Bloggers and visitors. A special, warm welcome, to the brand new followers of my Blog. So kind of you to take an interest in my work.
Today I've created this10 inch x 8 inch Canvas using ''Bleeding Art Tissue '' and a gorgeous Sweet Poppy Stencil called  Leaf Flowers.
You can see my You Tube tutorial of this technique here.

Sweet Poppy Stencils, with the lovely Lucy Ellis, will be back on Create and Craft TV in May.
This technique is so easy to do and I adore this beautiful stencil.

Thank you so much for popping over to look at my Blog today.
See you again soon .

  3. Oh Eileen - your last project set me off - I've been ensconced in the craft room all day playing with my brusho paints, translucent, pearlescent and sparkle gels (plain and diamond), which seem to slurp up the brusho to varying degrees. Happy to send you any pix if necessary.
(I'm recovering from the lurghi now!)

  6. This is lovely Eileen and I must get some of this bleeding art tissue to give this a try. The Sweet Poppy stencils are wonderful and I have been drooling over some recently. The trouble is there are always so many things I want and I have to prioritize. The Brushos are another thing that are on my ever growing list! x

  8. Hello Eileen, that has to be my favourite of all the stencils - and love the fact that you've used the two colours - gives it a softer look than just using the black. Where do you get your ideas from and can I go there please? xx Margaret Col.

  11. This is just gorgeous! I tried this yesterday but, sadly, the tissue wrap I used didn't bleed ;-( Is there anywhere you buy yours to guarantee it does - ie maybe the Poundland shops, or similar?
    Thanks!
