Rochester Workshop - MDF Butterfly Results from Group One.

Hello and good morning, from a very sunny Kent.

Here are the stunning MDF Butterflies created by my 

Group One, Rochester Workshop Ladies last Sunday. 

What a brilliant, smashing day. They ROCKED!

Tomorrow I will be welcoming the Group Two Ladies 

followed by  Group Three on Sunday 31st July.  

Cannot wait!

Have to say, the pictures do not do justice to the Art Work here.

 The colours looked washed out and they were not... in fact, far from it!

More Colour at Oak House Studio - July 2016

Today, I just fancied creating a bit of 'Abstract Art'.... as yer do! 

And, as I also love colour, I enjoyed making this card 

featuring Oak House Studio Circle Stamps.

I used some stamps from both sets of the Journal Circles

plus a few others from the Circle Collage Stamps set. 

I'm not sure what catches my imagination about 

the 'circle shape' but I use these stamps a lot 

so they were a wise investment for me. 

They make a great background, inked up with Archival Inks.

Rainbows at Oak House Studio - July Design Challenge

Hello everyone..   Today I'm taking part in the Oak House Studio Blog Challenge for July
The theme this month is Rainbows. Lynnda has decided to showcase Art Work from various Artists and designers and I'm delighted to have been invited to take part.

My card features a background created on a robust, disposable cleaning cloth, using various colours of the yummy, Pure Colour Chemistry Inks. After die cutting the circle shape, I stamped the gorgeous Clematis Tower in Black Ink.  Easy, but very pretty card to make.

A real Cracker of a day. 

It went in a flash with loads of laughter.
