Journal Cover... Finnabair Style!

Hello everyone. Second post of the day!  I went to a Workshop last weekend and met the fabulous Finnabair, who shared some of her superb skills and techniques with us. It was the most amazing time. I loved every minute. Thank you, to all my crafty friends for helping me enjoy the day and to Sue Tucker who organised everything for us.

I was so inspired by the class, that I created the Journal Cover you see here, when I went home. It took me a whole day but that included a 'raid' on the charity shops in the local town to buy broken jewellery, old brooches and other bits and bobs!

Thank you for 'popping' back again to look at my Blog and many thanks for your emails and comments.
Very much appreciated

Hi ho Bloggers and followers. I'm back with another 'schedule' post. It seems the last one worked okay, so this one should too!
This project is similar to the card I posted yesterday. This one also has a Brusho Paints background on Acrylic card stock from The Range. The water and paint slides all over the card when I use the Tim Holtz Distress Spritzer Tool, along with some more lovely Lavinia Stamps. Have a look here, at the Lavinia Stamps web shop.

I just love these new Stamp Designs from Tracey Dutton at Lavinia Stamps. They are so pretty and great fun to use.

Got to dash .. keep an eye open for more Lavinia Stamps projects soon.

SplodgeAway Workshop October 2014 - Sample One

Morning all.Yes, I know its very early. Our little Daisy dog has a funny tummy so I've been up and down all night letting her out into the garden, so now I decided to stay up and craft.
During October, I've been invited to host a Distress Inks Workshop at the Suzie Craft Shop in Stockton for SplodgeAway.
I understand they have had a fair amount of interest ( that's nice) so the workshop has moved from the shop to a nearby hall.

This card I'm sharing with you today, is Sample One for that Workshop.
Distress Inks and three SplodgeAway Masks .
Smashed Glass, one from the The Stentastic Street Art Kit.  and one from the Splodgical Splatters Kit.

Back soon... Daisy has gone back to sleep now I'm wide awake! ... Typcial!
