Crealies Flower Dies used as a Stencilled Background.

Today, I've been invited to be the
Guest Designer on the Crealies Blog.
The main features of the card I'm sharing
with you, are the very pretty Flower Dies.
I've cut the largest flower  with copier paper
and used the negative image, stencilling with
White Gesso, as a resist, for the background.

Various colours of Memento inks were blended over the top
of the gesso flowers, giving a 'ghostly look' that I love.
I added more 'interest' in layers to my card
with another stencil and ink, Small Circles before
stamping three or four times using the
Bits and pieces stamps no.53 and no.12 the Stars.

The main features are the beautiful Die Cut
Flowers, a set of three, Stansen No. 26.
All layers of the flower were cut using some
inky, painted, stamped and stencilled old backgrounds,
on card-stock that was left over from another Art Project.
Crealies also stock Word Dies, 'Thanks' is one of them.
Cut four times and layered, using the white Bazzill.
This Die will be a FIRM favourite
I love the plain, no fuss or frills font
and I'm ordering some more!
Thank you for looking at my project today .
